Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Notification of damaged goods, incorrect goods sent or short shipments must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Items purchased from the clearance section of this website are not eligible for return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Any items returned for reasons other than samples or defects may be subject to a restocking fee of $20 or 20% – whichever is greater.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or credit card (or original method of payment), within 7 days.

Sale / Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange or return an item please contact the retailer you purchased the item from.

Returns received without your contact details and proof of purchase will not be processed.

Safe-T-Tec reserves the right accept or refuse exchanges at their discretion.
